If you are a Will Call customer (anyone not on automatic delivery) requiring an emergency delivery, or your delivery has been delayed due to credit reasons, be aware that deliveries outside of our normal delivery schedule will be subject to a special trip fee.

Propane Customers

When customers are out of gas it is standard safety procedure that Mount Airy Oil and Gas will perform a leak test on your propane piping system. This is required by Mount Airy Oil and Gas for our customers  safety and in compliance with the National Fuel Gas Code.

Fuel Oil or Kerosene Customers

Please let us know when you call for delivery that you are out of oil and that you would like for your driver to restart your furnace.  Please note that if we have to send a service tech that it may result in an after hours service call.,
