How to Read a Tank

If you are not on our automatic keep fill delivery program it’s a good idea to keep a eye on you tank levels so you don’t have to worry about running out of propane or fuel oil.

It is standard procedure to only fill propane tanks to between 80-85% depending on average outside temperature in order to give the propane room for expansion and prevent unwanted pressure release.

If you are a will call customer we recommend ordering fuel  when your tank gets down to 30%.  This will give us ample time to get your delivery scheduled and prevent any unnecessary off route or after hours delivery fees.
